The Inner Goddess Sessions are an online training experience for women at a cross-roads who want to create a meaningful, joyful life.

WINTER | Rest & Restore

Enrich & nourish your body, imagination and spirit. Inspired by winter’s insight we will be dealing with the water element and qualities of calm, stillness, confidence & introspection. Daily slow practices will start the healing process of the nervous system and help you gain access to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore). If you have found yourself to be fundamentally exhausted, yet wired at the same time you need to do this.

We will also use essential oils to amplify how these practices manipulate our emotions, and integrate this with the practices of the body, including online live meditation, Qi Gong & coaching sessions with Gillian.
