The story

Gillian Wagner grew up in Sydney and spent her childhood in motion — thirty-two moves, fourteen schools, a body that learned to read a room before it learned to trust one.

The not-belonging followed her into adulthood. But so did the seeking.

In her twenties, working at an addiction rehabilitation clinic in Canada, something shifted. She watched people find their footing through structure — the twelve steps, the frameworks, the language that made the invisible visible. And she thought: why do we have to wait for collapse before offering a map for living?

That question sent her on a search that would take twenty years and cross five continents. Through yoga, neuroscience, Daoism, body reading, naturopathy, and the accumulated weight of forty years in rooms with people and their bodies, she was looking for a single thing: a framework rigorous enough to hold the whole of a human life.

She found the closest thing in a yoga studio in New York — a map drawn on a magic square, ancient in its origins, startling in its precision. It took another decade to understand what it was really saying. To translate it out of the yoga room and into the language of transitions, leadership, grief, vocation, and the quiet ache of not yet becoming who you sense you already are.

The result is RADIAANCE. Nine chambers. One symphony.

What Gillian believes

"Most of us are not broken.
We are bracing against our history.
And the work, when it is honest, is more about learning to let the body unclench in its own time."

The path of return

How we work, together

01

Sensing the terrain

We work gently with the patterns held in tissue — old protections, inherited weight, the places that learned to brace. No fixing. Just honest seeing.

02

Listening to echoes

We slow down enough to hear what your body has actually been saying — under the words, under the strategies, under the version of yourself you have been performing.

03

Living the integration

We anchor the shifts into ordinary life — how you sleep, speak, lead, love, and rest. Lasting change is first noticed, then practised.
